You will add fresh

Chicken thigh, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, small red pepper

The recipe – step by step

1. Puree tomatoes, pepper and onion.
2. Fry the puree down with curry and crumbled cube, 8 minutes.
3. Add washed rice; coat in the base.
4. Add just-covering hot water; seal tightly with foil under the lid.
5. Steam lowest heat 22 minutes – resist lifting the lid.
6. Rest 5 minutes, fluff, dinner for two is served.
