Chicken sausage or mince, 1 onion, fresh peppers
The recipe – step by step
- Fry sliced onion, add blended peppers and cook down 8 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, curry powder and seasoning cubes; fry 3 minutes.
- Pour in 400ml hot water or stock and simmer into a rich sauce.
- Break spaghetti in half and cook directly in the sauce, adding hot water as needed.
- Toss in sliced sausage or browned mince halfway through.
- When pasta is tender and sauce clinging, rest 2 minutes and serve.
