The recipe – step by step

1. Boil noodles per pack instructions minus the seasoning water.
2. Drain and set aside.
3. Fry onion and pepper in oil; add beaten egg and scramble.
4. Toss noodles through with the seasoning sachets.
5. Plate and dust generously with suya spice – the upgrade nobody expects.
6. Chin chin afterwards, obviously.
