1. About these terms
These terms govern purchases made through afarafoodshop.com operated by Afara Food Shop. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock or mispriced due to error.
3. Pricing
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Payment
We accept major debit/credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
UK mainland delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. See our Shipping page for full rates, timescales and exclusions. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to cancel most orders from receipt of goods. Food items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Perishable/fresh items are exempt unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of any damaged or incorrect item and we will replace it or refund you.
8. Product descriptions
Allergen information is provided where known; always check packaging before consumption if you have allergies.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
